Learning in Motion

Wobblers: 12–24 Months
Toddlers: 2–3 Years

Learning in Motion is a small-group movement class that supports early motor skills, coordination, and confidence through fun, hands-on play. Children explore obstacle courses, balance challenges, and interactive activities in a warm, supportive environment designed to encourage safe exploration and social connection.

Zumbini

Ages: 0 Months – 4 Years

Zumbini® is a lively music-and-movement class for little ones and their caregivers. Each session blends upbeat rhythms, singing, dancing, and playful activities that support early development while strengthening the bond between child and caregiver. It’s joyful, interactive, and designed to help kids move, connect, and grow through music.

Bravery Bootcamp

Ages: 4–6 Years

Bravery Bootcamp is a small-group social play class designed for children who benefit from extra support building confidence with peers. Through guided games, movement activities, and sensory-friendly exploration, kids practice turn-taking, communication, and connection in a safe, encouraging space.

Infant Massage

Ages: Birth – 12 Months

Infant Massage is a gentle, nurturing class that strengthens the bond between you and your baby. Parents learn calming touch techniques that support relaxation, digestion, sleep, and early sensory development — all in a warm, supportive environment.

Ages: 8–12 Years

ExerSHINE Kids Power Bootcamp combines high-energy movement with structured activities that build strength, focus, and confidence. Through engaging exercises and team-based challenges, kids improve coordination, endurance, and self-regulation skills in a fun, encouraging setting.

Ages: 8–12 Years

Game Changers is an engaging small-group class where kids build confidence, communication, and teamwork skills through interactive board games, movement challenges, and strategy-based activities. In a fun, supportive setting, participants practice turn-taking, flexible thinking, sportsmanship, and problem-solving while forming real connections with peers.

Tiny Talkers

Ages: 6–24 Months

Ages: 3–12 Years

Move, Breathe, Feel Yoga is a calming, movement-based class that helps children build body awareness, balance, and confidence through playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindful movement.
